Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be contacted to confirm or correct the address. Any additional reshipping charges will be communicated at that time.
Carrier Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier backlogs. Updates are typically available only once a delivery issue has been flagged.
Customs Delays
In rare cases, shipments may be held by customs authorities. These cases will be addressed once reported.
Changing or Canceling an Address
Before Fulfilment
Address changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled.
After Fulfilment
Once an order is marked as “Fulfilled,” it is already in transit and cannot be rerouted. If delivery fails, refer to the “Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages” section above.
